Symposia/Workshops Symposia
Policy and Application Form Visit the Main Office for Membership Applications, Forms and other materials related to AKD local chapters AKD Chapters are
invited to submit proposals for sociological symposia or
workshops. The United Chapters of Alpha Kappa Delta will provide
as much as $1,000.00 in support for sociological research symposia or
workshops sponsored by AKD chapters. Two or more chapters may
work cooperatively to submit one proposal.
The AKD Symposium Review Committee will determine amounts of support. The AKD Secretary-Treasurer will notify applicants no later than thirty days after applications are received. Early submission is encouraged. Marc Matre |
