1比較級&最高級的構成規(guī)則

單音節(jié)和部分雙音節(jié)單詞的規(guī)則變化

一般直接在詞尾加-er 和-est 如：tall, high, short, long, strong, young

以不發(fā)音-e 結尾的，只加-r 和-st   如：large, nice, safe

以一個輔音字母結尾的重讀閉音節(jié)，當中間只有一個元音字母時，（即兩“輔”夾一 “元”）， 雙寫末尾輔音字母，再加-er，-est. 如: fat, thin, big, hot

輔音字母以y結尾，變y為i， 再加-er，-est. 如: happy, easy, busy, early,sunny, lovely

注意：

little 修飾不可數(shù)名詞，比較級和最高級分別是less和least; few修飾可數(shù)名詞，比較級和最高級分別是fewer和fewest.

2）older 和oldest指年紀大或比較舊；elder和eldest 用來表示兄弟和子女的長幼順序（younger 和youngest也可以表示兄弟和子女的長幼順序）

3)further 表示“較遠”外，還可表示“進一步的；farther 表示距離

  4）英語里有些形容詞由于其詞義而不可能有比較級形式， right, wrong, absolute, perfect, excellent, senior, junior，favorite, superior, prior……

考點3. 可以修飾比較級的詞

比較級前可用a bit, a little, some, any表示“稍稍，一點”；用much, far, a great/good deal, a lot等表示“……得多”；用still(只用于肯定句), even, yet，rather等表示“更加”等，若空格前有這些詞，就有可能是填比較級了
